I had a fantastic stay at this hotel over Memorial Day weekend. The hotel is conveniently located right off the expressway, making it easy to find. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the pool area to my spacious and modern-looking room. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, with the front desk staff answering all my questions and assisting me with my luggage. The housekeeping personnel were on point and promptly restocked my room. The beds were extremely comfortable, allowing me to have a peaceful stay. The breakfast provided a wide variety of choices, and the staff ensured that everything was well-maintained and replenished.

They were attentive and always ready to assist with any questions or needs I had. Secondly, the rooms were well-maintained and the air conditioner worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay during the warm weather. Finally, the breakfast provided was outstanding, with a wide variety of options including lactose-free choices, fresh fruit, and delicious scrambled eggs. The hotel also had various amenities like jacuzzi and utensils in the common areas, which added to the convenience and overall value for money.

The location was perfect, giving us easy access to the tournament venue and other attractions in the Wausau area. Average Fairfield Inn room. Average bed, but loved the pillows.

Good complementary breakfast with healthy options, and the room was fairly clean.

The hotel was located in a sketchy part of town with loud traffic all night long, ruining any chance of a romantic getaway. the outdated room had an unbearable odor of mustiness mixed with chemicals, which gave us headaches during our entire stay.

Outstanding breakfast selection, friendly and helpful staff, excellent water pressure in the shower, clean and modern room, great fitness room and pool area.

I was overall very pleased with my stay at Fairfield Inn. The facility was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The recently remodeled blue and orange theme gave the rooms a fresh and modern look. Although there was no microwave in the room, the breakfast area had a microwave and pizza oven available for use. The breakfast area itself had a beautiful view of Rib Mountain and was spacious with large windows. The rooms were spacious as well, with a large walk-in shower that I found to be much nicer than a bathtub shower combo. The hotel also offered a lovely breakfast, although they closed it a bit earlier than advertised. They mentioned that they were buying new waffle irons to fix the problems with the waffle machine.

The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, especially for my sister's birthday. They surprised her with a birthday card and a decorated cupcake, which really helped to ease the stress of her surgery. The housekeepers were also excellent, keeping our room clean and well-stocked. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and even assisting with moving our belongings. the service provided by the staff was fantastic.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The only minor issue we encountered was a slight smell of body odor in our room.
