The rooftop restaurant has stunning views, and the spa offers a full array of services. The gym is well-equipped. The rotating restaurant is a dining must. I loved the city view from my room. it made everything feel special.

Felt super comfortable, no complaints whatsoever.

Had a great time at breakfast, they made my omelettes just how I like them. The restaurant staff were friendly too, remembered my order every morning, which made me feel welcomed.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that dampened my experience. The checkout process was stressful due to an unexpected additional charge of around $120 that I wasn’t informed about beforehand. Additionally, I faced problems with my room's toilet that persisted despite attempts by staff to fix it, which was frustrating. I also had a disappointing experience with the airport transfer service, as the private car I booked was replaced with an old taxi that arrived late, causing me to rush to the airport. Overall, these challenges left me feeling quite dissatisfied.

My experience at Hotel Dann Carlton Medellin was frustrating. The rooms were not well-maintained. we found dirty linens in our initial rooms and missing basic amenities such as hairdryers and cups for the bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast quality was disappointing with limited variety, and the staff didn’t seem to care about addressing these issues, further dampening our expectations for a 5-star experience.

I enjoyed my time at this place. The room offered a good view of the city. Breakfast had decent options, though I expected more variety in the bread selection. The staff at the front desk spoke good English and were helpful during my stay. The hotel's location was convenient, with restaurants nearby. One morning, I had a nice chat with Hugo, who worked in the restaurant. His friendly demeanor made breakfast more enjoyable.

The pool lacked heating, and its hours were limited to 8pm, meaning late-night swims were out of the question. Also, unexpected noise from parties could disrupt the tranquility of higher floors.

We enjoy our stay in this beautiful hotel, which serves as a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the vibrant El Poblado neighborhood. The breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic, presenting a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. Our spacious room not only comes with a huge shower but also offers a beautiful view of the city, making every moment quite special.

One downside is the occasional noise from the lower floors, which was slightly disruptive.

the hotel has a great location in the center of the city, and the breakfast buffet is really good with lots of options. staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. my room had a nice view of the city which was amazing to wake up to. the amenities were cool, and overall it felt safe staying there. i appreciated that they returned my stuff when i left it behind, that was nice!

Location was solid, around 15 minutes from all the bars and places to eat. The staff were SUPER helpful, big shout out to Orlando and Jenny who made everything feel smooth, they went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed! The place was clean and safe too, with tons of security measures like card keys for the elevators which was a nice touch! !
