The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Being only a few minutes walk from Grand Central and Penn Stations, it made my travel experience incredibly convenient. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with trendy decor and bright colors that added to its personality. The cleanliness was impressive, from the spotless rooms to the attention to detail in even the smallest things like the soap and shampoo. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay.

I had a great stay at The William. The hotel had a vibrant atmosphere and a bar and restaurant on-site, which added to the overall experience. The cleanliness of the hotel and its modern design were also impressive. My room had a balcony, which was a nice bonus.

Although there were a couple of drawbacks, such as the steep steps leading into the hotel and the view of an alleyway from my room instead of a city view, these were relatively minor compared to the overall positive experience.

This hotel is located in a quieter part of town, away from the crazy tourist areas. The staff on the reception desk provided exceptional service, making my stay here even more enjoyable. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The hotel also had a restaurant and bar/lounge area, providing convenience and a relaxing atmosphere.

The staff at The William are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to assist you. They even take your bags to your room for you. The toiletries provided are of excellent quality and there is bottled water and tea/coffee in the rooms. The hotel's location is perfect, offering easy access to all major attractions. The rooms are chic and the lounge area is a delightful surprise, featuring plush furniture and Victorian decor. Although a bit expensive, the luxury and comfort you receive make it well worth the price. As adventure travelers, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, which was larger than other hotels in the area. The kitchenette was also very convenient, allowing me to prepare some meals during my stay. Additionally, the hotel's bar was a great feature, providing a nice place to relax and enjoy a drink.

On the downside, the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved. I could sometimes hear noises from outside or neighboring rooms, which was a bit distracting.
