I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I loved being able to walk to the main square and the bus station. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like royalty throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of tasty options. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in public areas, allowing me to stay connected during my trip. this place exceeded my expectations and provided me with enhanced comfort and quality services.

The restaurant food was great and the parking facilities were good too. The hotel was located in the city centre which made it easy for us to explore the area.

The neighborhood was not safe to walk around at night and we found it difficult to find the hotel as there were no clear signs. The staff were not very helpful when we had issues with the noise from the air conditioning and there were no anti-noise glasses on the windows which made it hard to sleep at night.

The staff dealt efficiently with our concerns regarding the noise from the A/C, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, with restaurants and stores nearby. I will recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
