We had an amazing stay at this charming oceanfront hotel. The value for the money was excellent and our room was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with stunning views and a quiet beach right on the property. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could be improved with some eggs or yogurt and fruit to make it more satisfying.

I must say, our stay at the Pelham House Resort was worth every penny. The room was spacious, calm, and beautifully decorated, exactly what we were hoping for. Pelham House Resort in Dennisport was a great find for our Cape Cod vacation. The hotel is directly on a beautiful beach with an awesome view. The lobby area was spacious and the resort was in a private location at the end of the street. The small private beach was steps away and there were available chairs. The staff was lovely and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

For the price, the room at Pelham House Resort was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff at the front desk were courteous, helpful, and nice. The view from room 13 was absolutely spectacular, and the heated pool added to our relaxing experience. The decor was lovely and the beds were comfy. a great experience!
