Spacious rooms and impeccable cleanliness were the highlights of my stay at this hotel. The rooms were large and well-maintained, providing ample space to move around and relax. The attention to cleanliness was evident in every corner of the hotel, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. Additionally, the view from the rooms was breathtaking, offering a stunning perspective of the city. It was truly a treat to wake up to such a beautiful sight every morning.

Despite the many positives, there were a few drawbacks to my stay. the location, although vibrant and lively, may not be ideal for those seeking a quieter and more peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel provided transportation services, including arranging for a driver to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. The breakfast was wonderful, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The spacious room was absolutely gorgeous and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and the view from my room was to die for! The hotel facilities were great, especially the jacuzzis with spa and sauna. The breakfast provided was diverse and plentiful. Moreover, there were lots of great restaurants in the complex, including the sushi train which I tried and loved. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the nightlife of this city, as it was conveniently located next to good restaurants in the El Poblado area.

Loved the location, walking distance to great restaurants. Rooms were nice and clean. Although the hotel didn't have a pool, the hot tub area is cozy and nicely furnished. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated in a great location close to Lleras park in a lively district with plenty of interesting restaurants. The area is a good district to be in and on the right side of the city for going to the airport. The staff is very nice, and the property felt upscale with good facilities, sauna, jacuzzi, and beautiful spa area near the roof with views over the valley.

Some minor issues with the bathroom area, such as a loose faucet and tricky bathroom door, could be improved upon.

Plus, the hotel was conveniently close to the metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city. the room itself was fantastic, with comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere that added to the romantic ambiance. the amenities provided were also impressive, from the travel guide bookmark to the selection of toiletries. It really made our stay feel special.

The soundproofing in the hotel was not great, as we could occasionally hear music and noise from neighboring rooms. This was not ideal for a peaceful and romantic getaway.

The hotel had a beautiful facility with friendly and helpful staff. It was located in a great part of town, conveniently close to restaurants and bars. The rooftop restaurant was a nice feature and the daily breakfast buffet was enjoyable.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. there was a loud party on the 6th floor restaurant that lasted until late in the night, causing a disturbance.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a bus station, with safe buses that can take you directly to the nearest metro station. it is situated directly in Parque Ileras, which is filled with bars and restaurants, making it a great location for entertainment. The hotel is also in a good location, with the Metro Station Poblado just a short distance down the hill.

The noise level at the hotel can be quite high at night, particularly on Thursdays and Fridays, with electronic music disturbing the peace until early morning.
