We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful hotel! The staff was beyond awesome, so friendly and accommodating. The location was great, with stunning views from our balcony at dawn and dusk. The private beach was a major highlight, and the pool area with the hot tub was perfect for relaxation. The room was gorgeous, with a spacious bathroom and lovely veranda overlooking the ocean. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The hotel restaurant served exquisite food, even more flavorful than we had expected. We also enjoyed the generous drinks and the fact that we could drink the water without any issues. our stay here was like stepping into heaven!

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. This place offers everything we could ask for in terms of luxury, comfort, and quality services.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, being close to the airport and also right on the beautiful beach. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lovely pool and a gorgeous view of the ocean. We also had no trouble with parking and found the check-in and check-out process to be smooth and secure with a gate guard. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when there was a mixup with our airport transport. They took care of it without any hassle and even let us have a late check-out.

As vegetarians, we loved the variety of delicious plant-based options at the hotel's restaurant.

I stayed at this hotel for a relaxing family vacation. The staff was phenomenal in every way, providing excellent customer service. The facilities were a perfect mix of cozy and luxury, and the apartment I stayed in was excellent. The beach view from the balcony at dawn and dusk was straight out of a movie. The food at the hotel was fabulous, and the overall experience was exactly what I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

I had an amazing time at Las Villas Hotel & Golf By Estrella Del Mar. The resort was breathtaking, with manicured landscapes and a stunning golf course. The gated and safe environment made it perfect for my family. The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in had a full kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient. The resort's private beach and pools were a hit with my kids, and I loved the fact that I could go for runs along the golf course and beach. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the quality of care we received was exceptional. Despite a small issue with the hot water heater, the development manager, Carlos, immediately took action and moved us to a condo, along with providing a complimentary breakfast and golf cart. The entire resort was quiet and serene, which was exactly what we were looking for. In terms of location, it was a bit far from downtown Mazatlan, but the resort offered transportation services for a small fee. I highly recommend Las Villas Hotel & Golf By Estrella Del Mar for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

They made us feel welcome and ensured that we had a comfortable stay. the facilities at the hotel were excellent. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the beach was beautiful with soft sand. It was the perfect place for my kids to collect shells and sand dollars.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par. There were stains on the bedding and the cleaning ladies took away our leftover food without asking.
