The location of the hotel is excellent, with three shopping malls within close proximity. It is convenient for shopping and there are many stores nearby. The rooms are clean, modern, and attractive, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided is outstanding. Additionally, the hotel offers underground parking facilities, ensuring the safety of your vehicle.

It would have been better if there were more hooks or shelves in the rooms to hang clothes or store personal belongings.

The two complementary drinks offered upon arrival were a nice touch and helped set a festive mood. the location was convenient, situated close to major roads and within walking distance to a mall and other useful amenities. We appreciated the free parking.

The hotel felt cold and lacking in character. the rooms were basic and lacked warmth or charm.

Exceptional customer service! We accidentally left behind an expensive item and the hotel management went above and beyond to help retrieve it. The room, although small, was clean and comfortable. Location is superb, next to multiple shopping malls. I highly recommend this hotel.
