Amazing location, right on the reef. Waking up and snorkeling was a highlight. Beautiful sunset views. Chilled vibe with lots of relaxing spaces. Enjoyed our extended stay. The owner promotes sustainable tourism. Rooms cleaned daily, fresh bed covers, and friendly staff. Snorkeling equipment included. The best spot to enjoy the sunset. Can rent kayaks or go on guided mangrove tours.

my second stay on isla grande was even better than before. el hamaquero hostel was a paradise. the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. the snorkeling trip was a highlight and the sunset views were breathtaking. the fresh food and cocktails were delicious. overall, an amazing and relaxing experience.

Great value for money with comfortable and beautiful rooms. The location is a paradise, with hammocks everywhere and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are excellent and really care about nature and preserving the coral reefs.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful eco-friendly hostel right by the sea. The deluxe room with the balcony offered stunning views of the water. The bed was comfortable and the private bathroom was a bonus. We enjoyed the delicious and fresh food at the hostel's restaurant, as well as the great cocktails. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The activities offered at the hostel were fun and allowed us to learn more about their environmental initiatives.
