We had a wonderful stay at a spacious 2-bedroom apartment at Five Lamps Suites. the apartment was well equipped, warm, and cosy, perfect for our family of 5. It even had a washing machine, which was a great convenience. the communication with the staff was excellent, both before and during our stay. They were responsive and helpful, addressing any issues promptly. We also appreciated the nearby supermarket for our grocery needs. a fantastic experience and we would definitely come back!

They were efficient in fixing any issues and provided a welcoming atmosphere. it was a decent experience, but there were some aspects that could have been improved.

The check-in process was a bit confusing as we were not informed beforehand that a deposit needed to be paid with a card and we arrived with only cash. This led to a delay in getting our room until our friends were able to use their card.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean, with comfortable beds. It is conveniently close to the tram line and within walking distance of the city centre. The staff were incredibly helpful, even going above and beyond to organize a birthday cake and decorations for my child's birthday. There is also a taxi button in the reception area for easy transportation.

During our recent stay at a certain accommodation in Dublin, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment. The kitchen had more facilities than we expected, including a fridge and washing machine, making our stay even more convenient. We also appreciated the provision of earplugs to help with the street noise outside.

Despite a minor issue with the key box, which proved to be a bit complicated to open, the overall experience was positive. The bathroom had a great supply of towels, and the beds were comfortable for a good night's rest.

Dieses Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, vor allem für ein paar Tage in Hongkong. Die Zimmer sind zwar wirklich klein, aber sauber und gut gepflegt. Ein Freund musste seine Koffer außerhalb des Zimmers aufbewahren, aber für mich war es kein Problem. Es gibt auch ein Fitnessstudio, das ich nutzen konnte. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es viele Restaurants und andere Geschäfte, daher ist die Lage für mich wirklich praktisch.

Alles war in Ordnung.

We had an incredible stay at this apartment. The location was amazing, within walking distance of the city center and the train station. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean, with comfortable beds and a great shower. We had everything we needed, from toiletries to kitchen supplies. The convenience store nearby was a bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. we were impressed with the facilities and the service provided.

The only small downside was the lack of a mirror near the hairdryer outlet in the bedroom.
