The spacious room with a comfortable bed and good bedding was the best aspect of our stay. We also appreciated the variety of fruits offered at breakfast. The hotel's location near restaurants and shops made it convenient for our romantic escape.

Our stay was not without its flaws. We were disappointed to discover that some of the staff did not speak our language.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in a great location. It is close to a mall and situated in the safe Poblado area. The spacious rooms were immaculate with comfortable beds and quality linens. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including an abundance of fresh fruits. The hotel also had a utility room with laundry facilities, which was incredibly convenient for solo travelers like me. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

There was one aspect of the hotel that could use improvement. Some of the staff members did not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

The hotel here was truly luxurious, meeting our every need. The exclusive amenities like the sauna and swimming pool made our stay unforgettable. The massage we received was outstanding and the spa lounge was a relaxing haven. We loved the special diet menus at the restaurant and the location was perfect.
