The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop, city center, and the best place in town to see the Northern Lights - along the river between the two bridges. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a sofa bed in the family room that provides a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making the stay a pleasant experience. The dinner buffet is enjoyable and affordable, offering a variety of appetizing options.

The hotel is split into two separate buildings, and staying in the second building can be inconvenient, as it requires walking through an underpass.

Our romantic escape was fascinating and memorable thanks to the cozy hotel's ideal location facing a beautiful frozen lake. The breakfast had a nice variety of food, and the team was friendly and helpful. Plus, we could easily access the main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas.

The pool wasn't warm enough for a relaxing swim, which was a negative for us. the evening buffet's food temperature was low, which didn't meet our expectations.
