We enjoyed horseback riding, water sports, and relaxing in the hot springs pools. The food in the restaurant was of great quality and the hotel has the potential to be a top-notch 5-star establishment.

One drawback was the absence of filters in the little hot springs pools, which meant the water may not have been as clean as desired. We decided not to use them due to this concern.

The hotel had friendly staff who were always available to help and the manager was exceptional. the jacuzzis with thermal water were perfect for relaxing and there were many aquatic activities to enjoy. the food at the hotel was always delicious and reasonably priced. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful location by a lake and offered great hiking opportunities nearby.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. we had issues with our room reservation as we did not get the room with the desired view.
