My stay at this adults-only beach hotel was for relaxation, lasting a week. the ambience, including live music and a serene spa, created a true retreat. the attentive staff, especially Jimmy, Tatan's expertly crafted drinks, and Luis's quick assistance, stood out. the room's jungle-like feel and top-notch food added to the exceptional experience.

Drinking water is expensive, staff language is Spanish only.

During my stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. the staff excelled in providing exceptional service, especially Diners, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the hotel facilities were top-notch, from the cozy rooms to the delicious restaurant meals. Additionally, the location of the hotel, with easy access to a private beach and inclusive boat rides, added to the overall relaxing experience. Cons: Everything was excellent.

Spending Easter at this beachfront paradise was a great experience! the cozy and beautifully decorated cabins made us feel relaxed and comfortable. We enjoyed the breathtaking sunset views from our room's terrace, and the fact that we could easily access the beach just a few steps away. Plus, the food served at the restaurant was simply delicious! We couldn't resist trying their seafood dishes and refreshing cocktails made with local fruits.

We found the attention from some staff members a bit slow and inattentive. the organization of the beach area could be better improved, as there were many vendors wandering around trying to sell us souvenirs and other services.

The location is stunning, with beautiful rooms and a breathtaking view of the beach. The room decor is exquisite, perfect for capturing great pictures. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and dock for boat arrivals, add convenience and enhance the overall experience.
