My recent stay at the hotel was pleasant. I found the location to be convenient as it was not far from downtown and had several small shops and restaurants nearby. I also appreciated the presence of a bus station for Transmilenio. The staff, in general, were quite helpful and friendly.

I had an early flight and requested a wakeup call for 4:45 am. However, I was disappointed when the call did not come through and I found the receptionist sleeping when I went downstairs at 4:55 am.
