We absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the vibrant Getsemani neighborhood. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling streets of the old town. It was great to be able to escape the crowds and enjoy a quieter area of the city. The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace with its stunning views of the Castillo de San Felipe. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the sights after a day of exploring.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful, even going out of their way to prepare vegan breakfast for us. the hotel is conveniently located near popular areas and landmarks, which gave us a great view. the room was comfortable, well-equipped and the wifi connection was stable.

The hotel lacks some amenities, such as a bar and more loungers by the small pool. the noise from the busy street and nearby bars could be heard from our room, making it difficult to rest at times.

Great staff - they went above and beyond to help us organize trips. Perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the walled city and surrounded by great restaurants. Exceptionally clean with excellent facilities - comfortable bed, hot shower, great breakfast, and lovely rooftop pool.

The swimming pool is small and tight, not ideal for relaxing. the room had no window and the bed sheets were old and uncomfortable.

We got great value for our money with a clean, quiet, and comfortable room. The location in Getsemani was perfect, just a short walk to the walled city. The only thing that could make the breakfast better was if there were more options. The food for breakfast was a small plate with eggs and bacon, a small bowl of non-fresh fruits, a half cup of coffee, and a cup of juice.
