Amazing view of Mount Fuji from the rooms and onsen. Excellent dinner with a variety of delicious dishes. Free beer served during our stay. Beautiful garden and private beach for relaxation. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel by the lake. The location was perfect, right at the bus stop, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the various leisure facilities, including a sauna and hot spring bath, which provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi and parking, which were great bonuses.

our stay at this hotel was simply amazing. the service exceeded our expectations, from the confirmation of our travel arrangements to the pick-up at the bus station. the view of mt. fuji from our room was breathtaking and the kaiseki dinner served in our room was delicious. the staff was friendly and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel right in front of a lake with a stunning view of Mount Fuji. The location was perfect, and the property was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and provided top-notch service, especially the ladies at breakfast. Speaking of which, the breakfast was delicious, and the dinner buffet exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and had a lovely touch with lavender on the side of the tatami. The staff were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. I will definitely be returning.

We were truly impressed with the traditional Japanese experience at Shuhokaku Kogetsu. The spacious room with futon bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the in-room kaiseki dinner was a culinary delight. The staff went above and beyond, even during a typhoon, packing us a thoughtful breakfast to-go. The genuine care they showed left us feeling touched and grateful. We will definitely be returning to this exceptional hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is truly a gem! The location is perfect, with a breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji and a beautiful pool to relax by. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The onsen is a must-visit, with a serene outdoor setting. The in-room dining experience is outstanding, with delicious meals served in a traditional kimono outfit. Guests can also enjoy a pleasant walk along the nearby lake Kawaguchiko walking trail and Tunnel of Maple Trees.
