Great hotel in a perfect location for exploring Lucerne. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the beautiful mix of old and new decor. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The huge TV was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I loved being able to walk to all the attractions and shops. the room was cozy and well-appointed, with everything I needed for my stay.

The price was a bit on the high side, but I guess that's to be expected in a popular tourist city. the noise from outside was a bit bothersome at times, especially during the night.

They didn't provide room slippers or an electric kettle, and when we asked for hot water to make drinks, we were told to go down to the reception. This wasn't really feasible for us, especially when we just wanted to relax in our room.

We stayed at Altstadt Hotel and it was one of our favorite hotels in Switzerland. the room was clean, bright, and modern, with a great view of one of the market squares. the staff were accommodating and provided helpful tips on where to go and what to do. the location was perfect, just a 5-7 minute walk from Luzern BH and right by the famous Chapel Bridge. There were plenty of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store nearby. We appreciated having a bar fridge in the room, which helped us save money on food. the beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was always satisfying.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Altstadt Hotel. The location was ideal, situated in the heart of the old town with beautiful cobbled streets and a charming fountain. The hotel room itself was cozy and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a decent stay. The bed was great and the bathroom had good water pressure in the shower. We also appreciated the sizeable flat-screen TV.

The location of this hotel is perfect in the old city center, situated in a very attractive square with lots of great artwork on the surrounding buildings along with a small fountain. Being right in the center of the city, it was convenient to explore all the nearby attractions. Additionally, the hotel was surprisingly quiet on the square, ensuring a peaceful stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing great service throughout my stay.

Our room on the 5th floor had a spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, and plenty of storage space. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was good and the coffee machine in the room was a nice touch.

The location of Altstadt Hotel Krone is superb, with easy access to great restaurants and main city attractions within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. It's a great value for the money, and the train station is conveniently close to the hotel.
