This hotel is in the heart of the main shopping area and its rooms are clean, modern, and come with nice amenities. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, making for a great stay. Additionally, the breakfast is tasty and provides a lot of options to choose from.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the center of everything! The hotel is located in a vibrant area with lots of shops and local restaurants. The staff surprised us on my birthday with a small cake and sang happy birthday. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. They recommended a great taxi driver for our day trips, and the restaurant in the hotel was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for its central location, friendly staff, and great amenities.

The hotel had a very convenient location, making it easy for us to explore the city during our romantic escape. We were able to visit all the main attractions without having to travel far. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Their excellent service truly made a difference.

On the other hand, the bed in our room was incredibly uncomfortable. It was way too hard and made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep.

The location is perfect , facilities are ample and comfortable, staff is amazing, treated like family, helpful and friendly, all amenities nearby.

the staff at Ghl Hotel were exceptional - they were polite, attentive, and professional. I found the breakfast to be delicious and well-served with a variety of options. the hotel's central location was also a major plus, as it allowed for easy exploration of Pereira. I was pleased to find that the level of English among the staff was limited, but this didn't hinder their helpfulness. the hotel provided all the services expected in a downtown hotel and the local people made us feel welcomed and treated us no differently than the locals.

Had a blast spending my Easter at a hotel in the heart of the city. It was great to have free WiFi, and the staff was really welcoming. the breakfast was delicious, and they even offered complementary popcorn in the evenings! the location was perfect, and central to everything.

Though the hotel was nice and everything was perfect, more staff who speak English would have been appreciated. And unfortunately, there wasn't much to do at the hotel itself.
