We were able to take a tour and learn about the coffee process from start to finish, surrounded by the beauty of the banana trees and coffee plants. The view from the infinity pool was simply amazing, especially during sunset. We also appreciated the attentive and friendly staff who made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The service was top-notch, from the delicious food at the restaurant to the impeccable room service. This place is perfect for using as a base for excursions, as we were able to come back and relax by the pool while enjoying the stunning view.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hacienda. The staff were exceptional and always happy to help. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room, despite being 133 years old, was surprisingly clean and spacious. The dining rooms were beautiful, especially the al fresco setting, and the disappearing-edge pool offered stunning views. Although I didn't swim in it, the jacuzzi was a tempting option. The tour of the working coffee plantation was a highlight of my trip, and I highly recommend it.

It was a great way to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.
