Great experience at The Westin! The room service was amazing and the staff was wonderful. I called ahead and they were polite and quick with my confirmation. Upon arrival, we were greeted nicely and received the same service when we checked out. The room was fantastic and exceeded expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beautiful lobby and waiting area provided a great space for conversations with other guests. The hotel's location in downtown San Jose was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Additionally, it was within walking distance of the SAP Arena. The valet parking spot, although on a corner, worked out well. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the workout area had good, well-maintained equipment. the hotel had a classic charm with contemporary upgrades.

We got excellent value for our money at the hotel. The room was perfect, with the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. The location was ideal, just around the corner from the SAP where we saw Depeche Mode, and the staff treated us wonderfully from the moment we arrived until we checked out.

Hotel breakfast could be improved by offering more variety.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They provided quick and efficient service, from confirming our reservation to greeting us upon arrival. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the room was comfortable and spacious, with a well-designed bathroom that added a luxurious touch.

There were a couple of negatives during our stay. the view from our room was not as expected, facing a parking lot instead of a cityscape.

Additionally, the restaurant in the hotel served delicious food, adding to the overall positive experience.

On the downside, the air conditioning in the room was quite noisy and disturbed my sleep. It cycled on and off too frequently.

Great location near Convention Center, Performance Center, and San Jose State. Multiple restaurant options within walking distance. Easy access to freeway and public transportation. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Pet-friendly hotel.

The location is perfect and the price is reasonable. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, well-kept, and quiet. The rooms are spacious and the bed and pillows are comfy. The staff at the front desk, particularly John, provide exceptional service and offer upgrades. a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel has a rich history and the architecture reflects that. the rooms are comfortable and the staff provides good service. the valet parking service is convenient. There are many dining options nearby.

The view from some rooms can be disappointing, and it would be nice if they had more artwork or decorations to enhance it. the hotel lacks certain modern amenities like USB plugs in the rooms and a retail shop for convenience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were great, from the valet to the hotel desk check-in. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the convenience of having Starbucks and tea available in the lobby. The location was also a highlight, as it was in the center of the city and close to downtown San Jose.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Loved the location, beautiful lobby, pleasant scent, well-kept rooms, spacious bathroom, good lighting.

Can't fault anything about it.

The staff at The Westin was exceptional! Robert, one of the front desk men, provided amazing customer service and made our stay truly amazing.
