Great experience at The Westin! The room service was amazing and the staff was wonderful. I called ahead and they were polite and quick with my confirmation. Upon arrival, we were greeted nicely and received the same service when we checked out. The room was fantastic and exceeded expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beautiful lobby and waiting area provided a great space for conversations with other guests. The hotel's location in downtown San Jose was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Additionally, it was within walking distance of the SAP Arena. The valet parking spot, although on a corner, worked out well. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the workout area had good, well-maintained equipment. the hotel had a classic charm with contemporary upgrades.

I had the best stay ever at this hotel! The lobby was beautifully decorated with plenty of comfortable seating. The restaurant served awesome food and had exceptional service. The facility was very clean and the staff was very cordial. The location was perfect, just steps away from the Convention Center and near other attractions. I was able to easily access the freeway and there were plenty of public transportation options right at the front door.

We got excellent value for our money at the hotel. The room was perfect, with the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. The location was ideal, just around the corner from the SAP where we saw Depeche Mode, and the staff treated us wonderfully from the moment we arrived until we checked out.

Hotel breakfast could be improved by offering more variety.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They provided quick and efficient service, from confirming our reservation to greeting us upon arrival. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the room was comfortable and spacious, with a well-designed bathroom that added a luxurious touch.

There were a couple of negatives during our stay. the view from our room was not as expected, facing a parking lot instead of a cityscape.

Our recent stay at The Westin in San Jose was amazing! We were only able to stay for a day, but we hope to stay for 2 or 3 nights next time. The classic building mixed with modern style and comfort was fantastic. The proximity to the McEnery Convention Center made it convenient for us to easily access our room and grab snacks or change. The spacious room and friendly staff were a plus. The valet and door security were incredibly helpful and engaged with us about the convention.

Additionally, the restaurant in the hotel served delicious food, adding to the overall positive experience.

On the downside, the air conditioning in the room was quite noisy and disturbed my sleep. It cycled on and off too frequently.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in downtown San Jose and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! the location was perfect as it was right next to the convention center, making it very convenient for me to attend my business meetings. Additionally, there were plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby, offering a wide range of cuisines to suit my different tastes.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to friends. The level of comfort, quality services, and prime location near fantastic dining options make it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The Westin exceeded my expectations with their friendly and helpful staff. the rooms were clean and updated, and the bell boy was incredibly sweet. I was impressed by the efficient check-in and check-out process, even during a late-night evacuation due to wildfires. the comfortable beds and ample pillows made for a great night's sleep. the hotel's combination of historic charm and modern amenities was a nice touch.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown with lots of great restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room had everything we needed like ironing facilities and tea and coffee. The dining options were great, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area serving special diet menus. The fitness centre and business centre were also convenient amenities.
