The hotel is located in an area of town that was very happening, with several shopping malls nearby. The beautiful mall next to it offers a great variety of shops and dining options. The restaurant on the first floor provides excellent service, and the staff at the front desk is also very attentive. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious options, including local specialties like arepa de huevo con suero.

The laundry services were unclear and expensive, and the staff provided incorrect information about the charges.

Had a great xmas stay with family, there were complimentary drinks and cookies at the lobby which made us feel welcomed. the location was very convenient, we were close to all the shopping centers and restaurants we wanted to visit. the breakfast options were varied, and we enjoyed trying different dishes every morning.

The walls were quite thin, and we could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. the cleaning service was inconsistent, we had to ask for additional towels and toilet paper multiple times.
