We always stay at this hotel when we visit. the rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are attentive and polite. the view of the city is stunning, especially from the SkyBar with its pool. the hotel is conveniently connected to a large shopping mall, which is perfect for shopping and dining. the hotel restaurant and breakfast offer great food with a lovely view. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Bucaramanga for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the views from the hotel were absolutely stunning. The rooftop deck with the pool was a highlight, providing a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful cityscape. The room itself was spotless and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's location near Cacique mall was convenient, with plenty of options for dining and entertainment.

Although the hotel has many positive aspects, there are a few areas that need improvement. the Skybar's early closing time is disappointing for those looking for late-night drinks.

The value for money was excellent, and the room was incredibly comfortable with a soft bed. The hotel's location next to a beautiful mall was perfect, with shops, a supermarket, cinema , and various restaurants all within reach. The staff at the hotel were friendly, gracious, and highly professional, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel and all staff were amazing!! The nicest and friendliest people. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The Centro Comercial right next door. Great food and shopping. This is the cleanest hotel I've ever been in. The room was immaculate everyday!! Huge very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom with strong shower. Beautiful views from my room and from the Skybar and pool. Just a fantastic stay and I enjoyed it all !! Highly recommended !!
