Great staff, always friendly and helpful with directions. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to key attractions and the train station. The fact that we could leave our keys at the reception was convenient and saved us from carrying them around.

The room was basic and dated, and the thin walls made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also outdated, and it would have been better to bring our own hairdryer.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in terms of value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location near Firenze SMN train station made it very convenient to explore the city on foot. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were just what I needed. The rooms were comfortable, with bold and heavy curtains that kept out the light, a huge bed, and even a fridge. The breakfast spread was also satisfying.
