Everything was spot on.

During my romantic escape, my partner and I stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city. We were pleasantly surprised by the price and location, which was central to all the activities we wanted to do. The rooms were adequate and comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep. The laundry service offered was also very helpful after our day spent exploring the city.

While the hotel had good aspects, there were a few things that left us disappointed. Firstly, the rooms were outdated and could use some renovations. Secondly, the showers were very small and difficult to maneuver in. Lastly, the staff was not very accommodating and seemed uninterested in helping us. while the location and price were great, the outdated rooms and unhelpful staff detracted from our overall experience.

My recent stay at Ayenda Americano was absolutely great. The rooms, although a bit dated, were comfortable and provided everything I needed. The location of the hotel was amazing, close to everything I wanted to see and do. One thing that stood out to me was the laundry service available at the accommodation. The lady who provided this service was an absolute superwoman, going above and beyond to ensure my clothes were clean and ready. The staff at Ayenda were incredibly kind, caring, and always prioritized my needs. Despite my limited Spanish, we were able to communicate clearly. I had a safe, friendly, and comfortable stay at Ayenda Americano and would definitely recommend it to others.
