The staff at Casa Galvez was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the budget-friendly prices and excellent value for money. Our room had a large window that let in plenty of natural light, and the free Wi-Fi and fridge were convenient amenities. The shower in the room was outstanding, and the cleanliness of the hotel and room were top-notch.

While the breakfast was good, we would have liked to see more variety in the continental options. Additionally, the room and hotel were a bit chilly, and there seemed to be no heating system.

I loved the huge room, fast Wi-Fi, and spotless cleanliness. The towels were soft and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, with restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Budget-friendly with excellent value for money. A special mention to the maid who ironed my shirt for me. Impressive!

The room was spacious equipped with free Wi-Fi and spotlessly clean. the staff was excellent and went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. the key location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, just a few minutes' walk from local restaurants, shops and transportation hub. the best aspect of my stay was waking up to the soft and fluffy towels provided by the hotel.

The friendly receptionist offered great suggestions on where to enjoy the local cuisine within walking distance. the traffic noise from outside was audible, but with the windows shut, it became bearable and did not interfere with my sleep.
