We stayed in a hotel located in a quiet street, hidden down an alleyway. The staff were really helpful and friendly, accommodating any request. Our room was well-equipped with a mini-bar, electric kettle and flat-screen TV. We enjoyed dining at the restaurant and having drinks at the bar while watching live entertainment. The leisure center provided a wide selection of treatments including a sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. The rooftop pool and sun terrace had plenty of sun loungers and a stunning view.

Had an awesome Easter weekend in Bali! the hotel's complimentary drinks upon arrival and the daily breakfast just made everything perfect! the location is ideal, a stone's throw from all the great spots and just a short walk to the beach. the rooftop pool view is breathtaking, and to top it off, we got a spacious and clean room with a nice city view.

On our first night, we found a stain on the bedsheet. Although the staff was quick to replace it, it's still something that shouldn't happen.

The staff at the hotel were excellent and very accommodating. They even prepared a to-go breakfast box for us on our early morning tour. the in-room whirlpool was a great addition, especially for families with children. the hotel's location was very central, close to convenience stores, restaurants, and the beach. the staff were friendly and the breakfast had some delicious options.

There were a few issues with the facilities. the shower in our room lacked air ventilation, which made it quite musty.
