What an amazing Christmas experience in this hotel! the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, with super soft beds and blackout curtains. the breakfast was delicious and we loved the fact that we could choose where to eat it. It was great to have the option to eat in the room, outside or in the restaurant. the staff was always friendly, hospitable and very welcoming. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a 24-hour reception.

The night life in the neighbourhood was a bit too heavy for us. We found that there were many girls offering themselves in the street, which made us quite uncomfortable.

We loved staying in the heart of the old town, with amazing views of the surrounding area. The room was luxurious, with a comfortable bed and a Japanese-style toilet. The staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was perfect. The hotel had beautiful common spaces and amenities, and the breakfast was delicious and generous. It was the perfect base for exploring the city, with everything within walking distance.

That the cleaners sometimes left the doors open, leading to a few mosquitoes in our room. But overall, it was a fabulous stay.

We had an amazing stay at Casona Del Porvenir! The property exceeded our expectations and the location in the heart of the old town was perfect. The staff were welcoming and the room was the most luxurious we've ever stayed in. The shower was excellent and the furnishing beautiful. We also loved the relaxing atmosphere of the lobby and the outstanding food at the restaurant and bar. we highly recommend this hotel without a doubt.

The light switches in the room were a bit confusing and the room itself was a little small. However, these were minor inconveniences that didn't detract from our overall positive experience.
