Great amenities - beautiful swimming pool and great recreational area. The breakfast was quite good too. The staff was friendly and always helpful with whatever you need. It's in a nice, safe area.

The hot water didn't work and they didn't tell us in advance. We had to travel further than we expected to buy food because there were no restaurants nearby. The dinner was not available at the hotel unless ordered in advance and the local restaurants had limited options.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location close to San Luis beach was great, allowing us to easily enjoy the crystal-clear waters and sandy shores. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We were impressed by the wide range of services offered, including car hire, dry cleaning, bicycle hire, and even medical facilities. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area, and a patio with garden furniture. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries, towels, and hair dryer provided.

We highly recommend this place to our friends.
