Luggage storage available. Basic but comfortable rooms with good AC and WiFi. Great views from the room. Friendly and helpful staff. a clean and modern place to stay.

This budget hotel is perfectly located right in the centre, near the metro and on a main shopping square. The rooms are modern and clean, with efficient use of space and good lighting. Some rooms even have a little balcony with French doors, providing a nice view and a quiet environment.

The reception service can be a bit lacking, with no 24-hour front desk and occasional delays in assistance during check-in and check-out.

fantastic location, easy access to main sites, great views from the roof terrace bar, and a convenience store close by. new and clean rooms, comfortable bed with softest sheets, and a decent breakfast with amazing views. friendly staff and a bathroom with a waterfall shower. perfect place to stay in Madrid.

Elevator sharing with other guests, signage outside was missing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located right in the center of the city. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast offered a variety of options. Additionally, the hotel's location in front of the main Callao tube stop was extremely convenient, allowing us to easily explore this city.
