Stunning location with a private beach. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with private infinity pools and beautiful ocean views. The food and drinks offered at the restaurants are exceptional, with a variety of options to choose from.

The staff's friendliness and level of service were not up to par, considering the price paid. Some amenities, such as the jacuzzi and bikes, were not in proper working condition or were not delivered on time.

As women traveling alone, we felt completely safe and well taken care of at this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, and there were multiple language options available. The location was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a truly relaxing experience. We loved the sea view bungalow with a private pool overlooking the ocean. The hotel also offered a variety of excursions and workshops, such as a cooking class, which added to our enjoyment of the stay.

I had the most incredible stay at a 5-star eco paradise. The hotel had the perfect mix of beach and jungle, and the food was absolutely fantastic. The staff treated me like royalty, and the activities included in the package were top-notch. I especially loved exploring the property on the complimentary bikes and spotting the beautiful monkeys. Las Islas truly offers a unique and unforgettable experience.

In line with the database reviews, I did encounter a minor issue during my stay. The jacuzzi in my room had some issues with warm water and functionality.

The food was excellent and the staff went out of their way to accommodate needs. The views and facilities were 5-star, with a choice of rooms to fit different budgets.

The room is well appointed with top, quality toiletries and high, tech gadgets, and the views from the infinity pool are breathtaking. Cons: Only a minor issue, but the window shutters are hard to close, making it challenging to avoid early morning sunlight.

Best aspects of our stay during Christmas were the beautiful location and the lovely wild animals in the hotel park. the huts were nice and provided privacy. We also enjoyed the food and service in the restaurant, especially the drinks.

Worst aspects of our stay were the inconsistent service and cleanliness of the hotel. Some employees were unfriendly and we had to wait excessively long for our food.
