We enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant, with a real pizza oven that made amazing pizzas. the pool area had a luxurious feel, with soft towels, plush robes, and comfortable poolside beds. the staff members were handpicked, always going above and beyond to make our stay special. We can't wait to return!

We encountered a minor inconvenience during our stay, as the toiletries provided were too small for two people. it took quite a long time for the requested extras to be brought to our room.

The hotel is stylish and modern with comfortable rooms. the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, offering early check-in and late check-out. We enjoyed the great spa facilities and delicious food in the restaurant, including the pizza made in a real oven. We also appreciated the hot chocolate and prosecco on arrival, as well as the fun welcome pack for our daughter.

They noticed a room issue, and at 9 pm, they had our room turned down for us. Every single staff member seemed hand-picked and made our stay memorable.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities provided fulfilled all my expectations. the service was top-notch, and the spa & wellness centre with its indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were a definite highlight. the hotel also offers live entertainment, massages, and other spa treatments, which added to the luxuriousness of the stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city and the mattress in our room was incredibly comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the amazing massage at the spa.

There were no hot stones or bucket to enhance the sauna experience. Additionally, the steam room was underwhelming and the cold floor made our feet uncomfortable.

The breakfast was consistently good every day and the dinner at the hotel restaurant was also delicious. The hotel staff provided excellent customer service and were helpful and friendly. The location was beautiful, close to attractions and amenities. The hotel room was upgraded and spacious, with modern and luxurious amenities. The pool and spa facilities were enjoyable, and the overall experience was superb.
