Lekker spot in Laureles! Brekkie was solid, with a nice selection of fresh fruit and coffee—so good! The terrace was a chill place to wind down after a long day exploring, especially the jacuzzi. The staff were super friendly, always smiling and ready to help when you ask.

Although the hot water took a while to kick in, so you kinda have to be patient with that!

During my recent stay, I encountered several frustrating issues that greatly affected my experience. The noise insulation in the rooms was inadequate, and I found it hard to sleep due to loud guests outside who played music early in the morning. Additionally, the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, and I often had to wait for it to become usable, which was quite disappointing after a long day of exploring the city.

i almost had a great time at laureles plaza, but the noisy neighbors and the untidy room ruined it for me. hairs on the nightstand, really? i would have expected a room upgrade as compensation. hot tub? more like a hot disappointment, as no one bothered to check on my comfort. just couldn’t let this go.

Make sure to ask staff about the breakfast details upon arrival to avoid missing out on what’s included.

The location was perfect for exploring Medellin, and the breakfast offered a fantastic variety that pleased both the kids and our pets. It’s easily accessible to local attractions, making our family's stay both exciting and convenient.

My wife says that more kid-friendly activities would enhance the experience.

Free wi-fi in public areas helped a lot. No eavesdropping when I used the business center. Nice rooftop jacuzzi, but had to wait for service at the bar. 24-hour reception was convenient.
