We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of our room and bathroom. The staff was accommodating and helpful. They even changed our room free of charge when we mentioned the noise from the street. The central location made it convenient for exploring the city and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The small pool looked inviting, although we didn't have a chance to use it. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and convenient location.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Cartagena. the location was superb, with two 24-hour supermarkets just a stone's throw away. This made it incredibly convenient for me to grab any supplies I needed at any time. Additionally, the staff were attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient, and the rooms were comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and cozy beds. Lastly, the breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh juice, which was a delightful touch to start my day.

Everything was just fine, no complaints at all.

The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and in a prime area of Bocagrande. the staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay during my Easter vacation.

The location was great too, close to restaurants, shops, and not far from the airport. It was also convenient to most touristic sites in this city.

The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is delicious, ensuring a great start to the day. Additionally, the hotel offers facilities such as a pool, and the friendly staff, like Miguel, goes above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome.

There were some technical issues during my stay, as the elevator and TV were not functioning. Despite being informed that they would be fixed, no action was taken to resolve the problems during my three-night stay.

The value for money was great and the room was spacious and comfortable with a California king-size bed. The location was convenient, close to the beach, restaurants, and a bar. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
