The room at Pance 122 Wellness Spa was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool offered a beautiful view, and the lobby's design was impressive. I especially enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast delivered to my room. The reservation process was hassle-free and check-in and check-out were quick.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were a couple of drawbacks such as the slight smell of smoke in some hotel corridors and the fact that the bar was closed or not open on the night of my stay.

The hotel is located in a safe area, and the price is very good. Guests compliment the new facilities and the proximity to Universidad Javeriana Cali. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and guests have received chocolates and wine as a welcome gift. The room amenities are excellent, with a remote control system for lights, A/C, and TV.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in the suburbs and close to Universidad Javeriana. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and grocery shopping services available. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, with a soft and comfortable bed. The hotel also had fantastic facilities, including a rooftop pool with a stunning view, a well-designed lobby, and a breakfast area where we could enjoy a warm, made-to-order meal. this place exceeded our expectations.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
