The location of the hotel was great, as it was within walking distance to various restaurants. We enjoyed being able to explore the local dining options without having to go too far. The room was clean and tidy, giving us a comfortable space to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the hot water in the shower worked perfectly. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay.

The parking service at the hotel was very poor, causing inconvenience for guests who had their own vehicles.

During our Christmas holiday, we stayed at a hotel in a prime location, with easy access to restaurants and shops. the rooms were pristine and had a magnificent view. Not to mention, the staff was very accommodating and went beyond expectations to make sure we had everything we needed.

the shower took a while to heat up, and we couldn't shower late at night when the hot water was shut off. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay overall and appreciated the clean and tidy rooms, as well as the excellent service from the staff.

Our stay at Hotel Pinares Plaza was pleasantly surprising. The room was clean, quiet, and adequately comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. We enjoyed the delicious food served in the adjoining restaurant. The location was central and within walking distance to restaurants. The view from our window was great, and we appreciated the small park nearby. we highly recommend this hotel.
