This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxury and amenities. The Spa and wellness centre were outstanding, with a wide variety of treatments available such as massages, facials, and body wraps. The indoor and outdoor pools were both heated, and the garden area was beautiful and peaceful. In-room breakfast and private facilities made us feel special and pampered.

The dress code at dinner was a bit outdated, with a jacket and tie required for men. The restaurant staff were not as friendly as the rest of the hotel staff, and the menu was not available in English.

The hotel had large and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet offered a vast range of options. We were able to indulge in a satisfying and filling breakfast every day. The hotel was located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by lovely gardens, and had a classy feel to it.

The staff seemed to lack communication. I missed out on a local carnival festival due to a lack of information provided by the hotel staff.

The hotel also had a spa with various treatments and facilities, perfect for relaxation. it was a delightful experience.

As a vegetarian, I found it challenging to find suitable meals during my stay. It would have been more desirable for a hotel of this caliber to cater to a wider range of dietary preferences.
