Upon checking out, we had a small hiccup where our electronic key was accidentally blocked. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue and allowed us access to retrieve our belongings. The facilities were top-notch, with clean and well-maintained rooms. We especially enjoyed the superb spa in the basement and the attention to detail throughout the hotel. I would highly recommend Punta Diamante Premium for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The bed was comfy and the room was always clean. Two complimentary items were a nice touch. Location was good, but there were not many options for activities in the surrounding area. the staff was friendly and helpful, which was appreciated.

The pool is much smaller than it looks in the pictures and there were hardly any tanning beds. the breakfast was repetitive and lacked some traditional Colombian food.
