Despite the small room size and lack of air conditioning, the hotel staff were friendly and the food was excellent. Liked my Xmas stay there. Amazing view of the mountains and village. Well-furnished room with great decor. Outstanding personnel and exceptional cleanliness. the breakfast was excellent and the dinner menu was astonishing.

Disliked the attitude of the manager. Not friendly or welcoming.

Stunning location, surrounded by beautiful mountains and meadows. the views from the hotel were breathtaking. the staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. the hotel provided exceptional meals, with a great selection for breakfast.

The mattresses and pillows were too soft, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the spa area had a strict policy of being coed and nude, which was uncomfortable for some guests, although it was not crowded.

The hotel is situated on top of a hill offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the on-site restaurant served amazing food, which we enjoyed multiple times during our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location, just 15 minutes from Grindelwald, allowed us to enjoy a scenic drive from Interlaken.

One minor downside was the hotel's distance from Grindelwald, making it too far to walk. the bus from the town runs only every hour, with the last bus departing at 18.45.
