I recently stayed at a small boutique hotel in a stunningly renovated old home in Cartagena, and it was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. The staff at this hotel are incredibly kind and make you feel right at home. They were always willing to assist with whatever we needed during our stay. I was blown away by the beautiful decoration throughout the hotel. From the common rooms to the rooftop area with a jetted pool and a breathtaking view, the whole place was gorgeous. The attention to detail and the colonial style of the hotel added to its charm. The breakfast was served on a personal basis and made us feel like royalty. The staff even greeted us with cold towels after being out in the hot weather. It was the perfect moment of our trip and a truly perfect boutique hotel.

The location was excellent, with numerous restaurants within a short walking distance. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel was situated on a quiet street, providing a serene atmosphere. The staff, especially David, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us with various arrangements. The only drawbacks I experienced were slow wifi and the lack of access to English language news. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall wonderful experience. I can't recommend Hotel Quadrifolio enough. I highly recommend this hotel for its attentive staff, intimate atmosphere, and great location.
