Near the U.S. Embassy, Hotel Radel Superior offered us a convenient location for our stay. The attentive staff provided excellent service and the price was reasonable. We appreciated the comfortable and clean rooms, as well as the complimentary transportation and local guide service. Despite a minor inconvenience during check-in, we found our overall experience at Radel Superior to be enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its location, service, and affordability.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect for those traveling by bus, as it is very near the terminal. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Wendy and Carlos who were very helpful in arranging for transportation and tours. We also appreciated the hotel's amenities such as the airport shuttle and room service.

This place is highly recommended to everyone.

Great staff, especially German who called in advance to ensure room readiness and helped with taxis and bags. Central location. Friendly and kind staff overall. Carlos at the front desk was particularly helpful. Plenty of potential for improvement in knowledge and training of other staff members.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, being very near to the US embassy and the bus terminal. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided great service and were very friendly. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was satisfying. I also enjoyed the view from my room, overlooking the city.

I do wish there were more options for personal drinks in the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the complementary welcome drink and snack upon checking in. the location was perfect for exploring the city with many attractions within walking distance.

The room was a bit small and lacked some of the amenities we were expecting. the bed was not very comfortable and the bathroom was a little outdated.
