The hotel felt brand new with very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing a nice breakfast each morning and ordering food from local restaurants for delivery. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the terrace and the hotel's convenient location near the town's main attractions and central streets.

The lack of an elevator made carrying heavy luggage up to the higher floors a bit of a hassle. the locks on our room's doors were low quality and sometimes struggled to function properly.

The hotel is well located with decent views of the mountains and a nice secluded atmosphere. The breakfast offered is delicious and abundant, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Additionally, the facilities are clean and the beds are comfortable, making for a comfortable stay.

The walls between rooms are thin, which can result in noise disturbances from neighboring guests.

The staff at Hotel San Marcos were incredibly helpful and friendly. When we arrived with our baby and heavy luggage, they promptly offered assistance in carrying everything up to our room on the sixth floor. They even provided a crib for our little one. Despite not getting the room with a lake view that we had booked, the room itself was comfortable and clean. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, with great views of the mountains from the fourth floor terrace. We enjoyed the breakfast provided, and the hotel's restaurant offered decent food. I would recommend Hotel San Marcos for a pleasant stay in a pretty city.
