I absolutely loved the layout of the room and the comfortable bed. the cleaning staff did an excellent job and were very accommodating. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of everything but tucked away on a quiet and peaceful street. It was the best of both worlds!

We loved the location of this venue, in a very nice area in El Poblado. The staff from front desk to bellboys went above and beyond to provide amazing service. The leisure swimming pool, jacuzzi, and solarium were great, and the sun terrace was a perfect place to relax. The public bath or facilities and the fitness center were also well-maintained.

There don't seem to be any negative aspects to this hotel, and we would recommend it to anyone. The room amenities, including air conditioning, mini-bar, and balcony, were excellent.
