The thermal springs there are real nice, sittin' under the open sky among those mountains. I reckon the folks runnin’ the place were friendly and helpful too. Only thing I didn’t love was the food—could’ve had more options and better tastes. That mud and sand massage was a real treat though!

The bathroom door didn't close properly!!! The rooms need better heating options as they can get very cold at night!!! A phone and wifi in each room would greatly improve convenience!!! The garbage should be cleaned more thoroughly!!!

Nature’s bliss in Santa Rosa 🌿💦

Such a lekker vibe! Spending time in the thermal pools felt like a dream. The mountain setting and the natural sauna were just epic. Those massages—man, they hit different!

The room was decent but a bit basic. We booked a cabin for the family, and it had a good amount of beds, but we noticed the duvets could have been thicker for the chilly nights. The bathroom had some issues with the shower not working well, which was surprising considering all the hot springs around. Also, extra storage would have been nice for our stuff. On the plus side, having thermal pools right outside our room made it a great relaxing spot overall!
