The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even offering us a seat in the lounge while we waited for our room to be ready. The room itself was spotlessly clean and the view of the sea was breathtaking. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the pier, restaurants, cafes, and bus stop. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, and convenient location. I had a great stay at this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right on the beach front with a wonderful view of the ocean. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They made sure that I had everything I needed and were always attentive to my requests. The room was immaculately clean and had all the amenities I could ask for, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The on-site dining options were also fantastic, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area that offered delicious food and drinks. The live entertainment in the hotel lounge was an added bonus, providing a great atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment. I couldn't have been happier with my stay here. It was a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.

The bar and restaurant were not yet complete, which was a letdown. It would have been nice to have onsite options for a nightcap or breakfast.

The value for money at Alexandra Hotel was terrific. The room was clean, nicely furnished, and had a beautiful partial sea view. The location was brilliant, close to the beach and pier. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and provided a personal touch.
