Great location, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast and clean rooms. Plenty of places to hang out, eat, and have a drink in the surrounding area. Short drive from airport and close to public transportation.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I definitely got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. The complementary drinks were a nice touch, and the fireworks display from the roof was breathtaking. the hotel's location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the action. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and gave us a great start to the day.

We tried to ignore it but ended up cutting our trip short because we couldn't stand it any longer. the noise levels were unbearable, which made it impossible to sleep and left us feeling exhausted and unhappy.

The location in El Poblado was perfect, close to the nightlife area and plenty of places to hang out and eat. The hotel also offered a nice breakfast and the rooms were clean and comfortable. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location and helpful staff.
