The staff on Orchid Classic Cruise were absolutely amazing! I was greeted with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink upon arrival. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had stunning views. The planned activities, such as cave hiking and kayaking, were well-organized and enjoyable. The food was delicious, especially the Vietnamese breakfast and brunch. Despite a language barrier, the attentive staff made sure I had everything I needed. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this cruise to others.

The location of this cruise is ideal, as it is located close to the harbor, making it convenient for guests to embark and disembark the boat. Additionally, the proximity to other boats allows for a lively atmosphere and the opportunity to interact with fellow travelers. However, it is disheartening to hear that pollution is present in the sea, which takes away from the overall beauty of the surroundings.

The communication between the staff and the guests seemed to have some hiccups, as one couple mentioned that their wedding anniversary was not acknowledged despite prior notice.

The best part was the 3-day/2-night cruise, which allowed us to truly make the most of our time. I particularly enjoyed the activities on the second day, such as cycling in a village and kayaking+swimming. The staff were not only there to provide services, but also engaged in talks and activities. The rooms were spacious and had a private balcony with beautiful views. it was a perfect experience.
