I loved everything about this hotel! The staff were super attentive and helpful, especially Rosario at the check-in desk. The views of the sea were amazing, and the pool was a great spot to relax. The bed was comfortable, the WiFi worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spacious.

The view from the 31st floor over the harbour was breathtaking. The swimming pool area with three levels/terraces was grandious, and the infinity view impressive. The breakfast was good.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel with amazing views in Cartagena. The rooms were clean, stylish, and had stunning ocean views. The staff, especially the front desk and Regency Club staff, were lovely and provided exceptional service. The location was convenient, with grocery stores, pharmacies, and casual eateries nearby. It was also an easy walk or cab ride to the old city for better food. The hotel had an incredible pool and there were always helpful staff members like Marcelo and Vickor to assist with any concerns or problems.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay at this hotel. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff provided exceptional service. the hotel is located in a key location, with beautiful views of the beachfront and bay. We enjoyed the rooftop pools, especially the one for adults, which offered a great view of the ocean and a perfect spot to watch the sunset.

The only downside of our stay was the restaurant. the food left much to be desired and we found it disappointing both times we ate there.

I had the most amazing experience at Hyatt Regency in Cartagena! The staff was incredibly friendly and the location was perfect. The view from our room was breathtaking and the beds were super comfortable. The hotel had great amenities including multiple pools, a spa, and delicious room service. The attention to detail, such as surprising us with champagne for our honeymoon, made our stay truly special. I can't wait to come back!

The Hyatt Regency in Cartagena offers amazing facilities and amenities. From the beautiful rooms with incredible views, to the fantastic pool area with three pools on different floors, there is something for everyone. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we were pleased to find that the hotel had these entertainment options available.

This hotel has an ideal location, offering stunning views of the ocean and being close to a large shopping centre with numerous dining options. It is also easy to catch a cab from the front of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean and some even offer breathtaking views. The staff is accommodating and helpful, with a concierge assisting with excursions and restaurant recommendations. The infinity pools are great for relaxing with perfect water temperature.

The price of bottled water offered in the room is quite high, and it is not clear whether it is complimentary or not.

Great views, friendly staff. We got food poisoning and they quickly got us medical assistance, checking on us daily to ensure we were okay. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying the peacefulness away from the old town. The views were breathtaking, especially during sunset by the pool. The pina coladas were the best we've had in a long time! The spacious rooms with tasteful decor and nice bathrooms were a delight. Make sure to book a high-floor room with a sea view.
