We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! The location was spectacular with Red Sail Sports offering fantastic excursions like the Stingray Sandbar and Reef Sail. The beach staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and we even got to watch the Super Bowl on the beach. The newly renovated ground floor public areas were the best in Cayman, and the beautiful decor in the lobby and fantastic entryway added to the overall ambiance. With great people-watching, bingo, and a friendly atmosphere, this place had it all. The staff at the front desk and the Beachside restaurant were fantastic, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

Felt like we were part of a family here, with no complaints whatsoever.

Dive shop organizes classes, excursions, and equipment. Beautiful property with exceptional staff, treating guests like longtime visitors. Easy check-in, helpful doormen, great brunch, and ideal coffee shop with healthy variety. Ivan, Daniel, and Ollie were exceptional. Smooth taxi service.

We loved the location of the hotel right on the beautiful Seven Mile Beach. The beach was the best we have seen with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The hotel facilities were top-notch with two pools and a swim-up bar. The staff was friendly and treated us like longtime guests. The hotel also had great access to activities, with a beach activity outfitter on-site where we could book snorkeling and swimming with stingrays. There were also numerous food options both at the hotel and within walking distance.

The beach at this hotel was beautiful with clear turquoise water, perfect for swimming and relaxing. The hotel's location was also very convenient, centrally located and close to other restaurants and shops. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay.

One negative aspect was the ongoing renovations happening at the hotel, which caused noise from drilling and construction during the day. It was a bit disruptive, especially if you were near the pool area.

Exceptional Customer Service On A Perfect Beach!

During our stay at The Westin, we were blown away by the exceptional customer service we received from every single employee. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt welcomed and well taken care of.

I felt like I really got my money's worth at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. But what really stood out was the staff - they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast offerings better was if they included it in the room rate. The cost of breakfast was on the higher side, with even a simple coffee with milk being quite pricey.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the indoor and outdoor bar at The Westin. The dive and sting ray package on site was a thrilling experience. The two pools were perfect for some fun in the sun. And of course, the large beautiful beach with plenty of lounge chaise and umbrellas provided the perfect spot for relaxation.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on Seven Mile Beach. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of options and was a great value. There were plenty of pool and beach chairs available. The hotel was close to great restaurants and shops. The beach was stunning and well-maintained.

The day beds should be included for all guests, not just for rent. The themed nights could be improved to provide a better experience.
