During our stay at Ibis, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service we received. One particular incident stood out where we had an issue with our reservation. However, the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation within 15 minutes, showcasing their dedication and efficiency. The buffet breakfast provided was satisfactory, and the kitchen staff even prepared freshly fried eggs upon request. The complimentary wifi was a major highlight, with strong and fast connection speeds. The room itself, though compact, was comfortable and clean, offering all the basic amenities one would need for a short stay.

The bed was a big double bed and it was very comfortable with an excellent comforter. The lighting in the room was one of the best I've seen, a 10+++! The WiFi worked great, even in the bathroom. The location of this hotel is excellent in proximity to the metro station, approximately 5 blocks away. It is also great because it is close to transportation, shops, and entertainment. Despite the rooms being a little small, they were still comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, with a big variety of fruits and bread, and lots of different options each day.

The safe in the room didn't work and couldn't be repaired.

the service at Ibis was excellent, with Hernan at the front desk always ready to assist. Isabel, in particular, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, with her warm smile and accommodating nature. the property was clean, with good wifi and a wide selection of TV channels. the beds were comfortable, and the cleaning staff were friendly and polite. I also appreciated the 24-hour lobby snack bar.

One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of hot and cold options.

The pillows in the rooms were not very comfortable, and the bed could have been more cozy. Additionally, the TV channel selection was limited and there were no English-speaking channels for world news.

Located in a secure area, guards walk around the street between Pobaldo and Centro, with easy access to the Industriales Metro station. Although away from tourist attractions, restaurants, and a grocery store are nearby. Rooms have built-in furniture, and the staff is professional and friendly.

Some guests experienced unprofessionalism from female staff, like checking some guests before others that had waited longer.
